Version 3.0 Good Manufacturing Practices Guidance Document released by the Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate.
Is this training recognized by the NNHPD as GMP training?
Yes. When filing your Site Licence Applications or Renewals the certificates issued by GMP Online Training are
recognized by the Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate as proof of GMP training.
Are there any topics that are not covered in this training module?
GMP requirements specific to Homeopathics and Sterile Products are not covered in this module. However, the topics covered are applicable to Homeopathics and Sterile Products.
What happens if the GMP requirements change?
If any of the GMP requirements change you will be notified by a member of GMP Online Training
immediately. We will advise you if the training module is still applicable and what, if anything, must be disregarded. Shortly after we will
revise the module to reflect any necessary changes.
What if I fail the quiz at the end of the training?
No problem. All employees of a company account can repeat the training module and the quiz that follows
as many times as required. Once you pass the test we will issue you your personal certificate of GMP training.

How long is the training valid for?
Ongoing GMP training is required for all staff members involved in the manufacturing, packaging, labeling and/or importing of Natural Health Products. Most companies have adopted the practice of conducting training for their staff
once a year.
Can I post in the members forum anonymously?
Certainly. When you post your questions in the member’s forum you have the option of
concealing all of your company information and identification. Other members will not know who posted the question.
